Voicemark ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: Email address and password if you create an account.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and general interaction patterns collected to improve the product.
- User-submitted content: Text, notes, or other content you enter into the app to use its features. This content is processed to generate outputs and is not used for any other purpose.
- Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device type, collected automatically via standard web server logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Voicemark service
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To respond to your support requests
- To improve and debug the product
- To send transactional emails (e.g. receipts, account notices)
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties except:
- Service providers: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI processing of submitted content), and hosting infrastructure providers, strictly to operate the service.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.
Note: Content you submit is sent to Anthropic's API to generate outputs. Anthropic's usage policies apply: anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data and usage history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days.
5. Your Rights (California Residents — CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to know: You may request what personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to delete: You may request deletion of your personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale: We do not sell personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination: Exercising your privacy rights will not affect your service or pricing.

We use only functional cookies necessary to operate the service (e.g. session management). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Voicemark is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
