By using Voicemark ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Voicemark is an AI-assisted writing and productivity tool. The Service uses AI models to process content you submit and return generated outputs. The Service is provided "as is" and outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at voicemark@agentmail.to if you suspect unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.
Outputs generated by the Service are produced by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that requires review. You are solely responsible for how you use, publish, or rely on generated outputs. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods except where required by law.
The Voicemark name, logo, interface, and underlying code are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks or reproduce our product.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
